I’m a writer by trade and inclination, the author of the fiction collection, TRAVELING LEFT OF CENTER AND OTHER STORIES (Pixel Hall Press)–(a runner-up in the 2016 Shelf Unbound Competition)–RUT-BUSTING BOOK FOR WRITERS (Mill City Press), and the inspirational book, THE GIFTS OF CHANGE (Beyond Words/Atria), that has also been published in three foreign language editions.TRAVELING LEFT OF CENTER AND OTHER STORIES shares the stories of people who either can’t or won’t get their lives on track, so on the highway of life, they are traveling left of center. Some are able to get back on track, while others… well, maybe not so much.THE GIFTS OF CHANGE focuses on making the most of the changes life brings into your life, while RUT-BUSTING BOOK FOR WRITERS provides strategies and tips for living the writing life. (By the way, if you need a bit of a boost to meet your writing goals, check out my 31 Days of Rut-Busting Tips for Writers on my website!)

Over the years, my short stories have been accepted by publications such as Toasted Cheese, Streetlight, Talking River, Bethlehem Writers Roundtable, St. Anthony Messenger,  and The Chaffin Journal, to name a few. Two of my short stories, Annabelle and Alice in Wonderland, have also been published in e-book format.
