Write the story that accompanies this ending line:
I clicked off the safety, swearing that if she showed her face here today, my room would be the last one she ever entered.

I enjoyed working with this one and wrote it backwards letting each line dictate the preceding one. Now that made my head spin. Not a long piece but certainly went in weird directions.

This one might get really interesting since the main universe my stories are in happens before the discovery of gunpowder and therefore guns that have safeties…
I was wondering about this myself. Don’t fancy putting a gun in my story and am trying to come up with a whacky way to set up that last line. Enjoying the challenge.
