I found that really affirming Julie. I knew I should take breaks but now you have underlined the importance of an alternative hobby for true relaxation. Thank you. It will keep my writing fresh and enjoyable. SWAGr has been invaluable as have storyaday challenges. My goal now is to make sure I have sometime each day for my craft, either crochet or patchwork quilting. X
